Dan Flansburg and his crew are true professionals. Dependable, accurate, talented, and efficient. What more could you ask for? My husband and I highly recommend Flansburg Construction because Dan is the best. He and his crew have performed numerous projects on our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. When Dan says he and his crew will be at our house on a particular date at a particular time . . . guess what? They show up, appropriate tools in hand.

Wonderful work! We had architect drawings when we brought Dan on to finish our basement. He took care of the project management and all the people he brought in were professional and did great work. We had a tiny basement with low ceilings and very old electrical – it was a challenging project but they did a great job! I had a a “modern industrial” vision which Dan completely understood. He did some amazing woodwork – closets, accent walls and they made the ceilings as high as they could. We are getting so many rave reviews about the new space. We managed to get a laundry room, media room, craft space, reading nook and under stair desk. We never thought our basement would be such a significant area of our home! Highly recommend!

Dan and his team did a fantastic job installing a laundry room in an area of our home that was a room with just a rough concrete floor off of the garage. We thought it was an impossible job since we had numerous contractors come in, take measurements and never hear from them again. We now have a beautiful laundry with cabinets, a countertop, and sink. The entire team was always on time and addressed any concerns we had very quickly. They were all a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them

Dan Flansburg’s team renovated our bathroom and it turned out great. They were very helpful and efficient. They were on time and finished ahead of schedule. We would definitely go back to them again for any future work.

After having a sewer back up flood in our basement in February 2018, we set out on a search to find a contractor. This is not an easy task. Dan not only returned our call quickly but showed up when he said and provided an estimate within 24 hours. (We called many contractors and only 3 walked through the house. Many others did not return calls.)

Dan’s estimate was fair and he was willing to work with us keep the cost reasonable.

Dan and his team were wonderful to work with. They were extremely professional, listened to our desires and we’re honest with us. Dan’s team was clean, respectful, courteous, friendly and part of the family for a few weeks.

The quality of craftsmanship was undeniably top notch. The end result was exactly what we envisioned and more. The pride in their work showed within every detail.

We look forward to hiring them for additional projects throughout our home.
